Since opening its doors in 1918, The Broadmoor has welcomed presidents, royalty, and discerning travelers from around the world. At this time, rooms at The Broadmoor are sold out for the night of the 16th; however, there is still availability for the nights of the 17th–19th. For guests who need accommodations on the 16th, we have secured a block of rooms at the nearby Courtyard Marriott, located just five minutes from The Broadmoor. Complimentary shuttle service will be available at select times throughout the day on the 17th (please let us know in advance if you will need to use the shuttle).
Please note that The Broadmoor has given our group priority for any rooms that may become available on the 16th. However, additional inventory is unlikely to open until closer to the event date. In the meantime, we recommend booking the nights of the 17th–19th directly with The Broadmoor while rooms are still available. If you require a room for the 16th, please add yourself to the waitlist. To be eligible to move from the waitlist into a room on the 16th, you must already have a confirmed reservation at The Broadmoor for the remaining nights (17th–19th).

Here’s what you need to know about slipping into The Broadmoor’s spirit with the ideal wardrobe: The Broadmoor embraces a refined “Western elegance” dress code that extends throughout its resort grounds and dining outlets. Gentlemen should avoid sleeveless shirts and hats must be properly worn or removed indoors. Guests can expect three tiers of accepted attire depending on activity: Recreation wear (e.g., Bermuda length shorts, pool cover ups, athletic gear, soft spike golf or tennis shoes) for casual, active settings.
Casual dress (smart denim or Bermuda shorts with collared shirts for men, no athletic wear or hats) for general resort dining and lounging.
Dressy resort attire (slacks or dressy denim, Bermuda shorts okay in some contexts, collared shirts required for men, and a seasonal sport coat is suggested) for refined dining and evening events.
This thoughtful code ensures a seamless experience across The Broadmoor’s world class amenities—from multiple pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and championship golf courses to the award-winning spa and elegant restaurants. The resort’s upscale venues like the Hotel Bar,
Golden Bee, and signature dining rooms typically expect Casual to Dressy Resort attire, helping maintain the polished and welcoming ambiance.
