The Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) invites you to participate in its 23rd Annual Texas Wildcatters’ Open Golf Tournament as a player or sponsor of the event. This year’s tournament is scheduled for Thursday, March 23 at Blackhorse Golf Club in Cypress, Texas (Houston) beginning with a 1:00 p.m. shotgun start.
