We strongly encourage all IPAA members interested in environment, air, public lands, endangered species, safety and other matters to attend this important conference. We plan to have sessions dedicated to regulatory issues involving environmental and safety matters as well non-regulatory litigation issues impacting operators across the nation. In addition, the conference will focus on questions regarding the Trump transition and ways the industry can effectively work with the new administration on a variety of issues in the coming months. All of the sessions will involve tactical discussions regarding the best approaches to address issues ranging from the Endangered Species Act, air quality to permitting on federal lands.
