Event Details

Pre-Registration is now closed. If you need to register you will need to do so onsite. Analysts will pay a $50 registration fee and will need to bring a photo ID. The IPAA conference registration desk will be located in the Lenox Ballroom on the 2nd floor and will be open during the following times each day:

Monday, April 11 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday, April 12 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday, April 13 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

A conference badge will be required for all presentations and meal functions.
Registered attendees may pick up their badge at any of the times listed above..

The IPAA Oil & Gas Investment Symposium New York (OGIS New York) has become the premier outlet for publicly traded independent exploration and production, service and supply and MLP companies to present their company profiles to the investment community. Last year’s OGIS New York attracted over 1,600 attendees, including more than 800 buy/sell-side analysts.

NOTE: Qualified Buy Side Equity Analysts/Portfolio Managers/Managing Directors and Sell Side Equity Analysts who are included within Thomson ONE or Ipreo’s financial databases will be allowed to register complimentary prior to April 8. Analysts registering after April 8 will pay an onsite registration fee of $50.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel Cancellation Policy
The Sheraton has a 24 hour cancellation policy on hotel rooms. One day’s rate as a deposit will be taken at the time of booking and if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance your deposit will not be refunded.
