Pre-registration for IPAA’s 81st Annual Meeting is now closed. You are welcome to register for the meeting onsite. IPAA’s Conference Registration Desk will be open during the following dates/times:

IPAA’s Annual Meeting draws CEOs, presidents and senior executives from oil and natural gas companies from coast to coast, as well as service and supply representatives, consultants and financial providers from companies of all sizes. Due to an overwhelming early response, IPAA’s block of hotel rooms at The Ritz-Carlton is sold out. IPAA has secured a block of rooms at the Omni National Resort at a rate of $179.00 single/double. Please call 1 (800) 843-6664 and mention IPAA to receive our rate. IPAA will provide shuttle transportation tofrom the Omni National Resort and The Ritz-Carlton over the meeting dates. TRAVEL DISCOUNTS

Airline Discount
IPAA has negotiated discounted airfares on Continental Airlines. Call your travel professional or Continental MeetingWorks at (800) 468-7022 for reservations and refer to Z Code “ZGGM” and Agreement Code: “BYERCJ”. There will be a $20 service fee collected, per ticket, for all tickets issued through MeetingWorks Reservations, or any Continental Airlines ticketing facility. This fee is subject to change without notice. To avoid a service fee and receive an additional 3% discount (on published fares only) book your reservations online at www.continental.com. Enter both your Z-code and Agreement code (without space) in the Offer Code Box (ex: OFFER CODE: ZGGMBYERCJ). Travel agencies must list the Z Code in the Ticket Designator Box and Tour Code Box on the ticket.

Ground Transportation Discounts

Sedan Service
IPAA has secured a discounted rate with AAA Sedan Tucson for your ground transfer tofrom the Tucson International Airport (TIA) and the Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain. The $85.00 rate is per sedan for a one-way 45-minute transfer and does not include gratuity. At the time of your booking, AAA will also notify you of your return departure time from the Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain to TIA. You have the option to pay for your ground transfer by credit card or ask that your charges be added to your room folio at the Ritz Carlton – but you must already have a room reservation confirmation number. To secure a ground transfer reservation, call AAA at (520) 594-9444 OR e-mail Bambi Monroe at bambi@aaasedantucson.com and mention IPAA to receive the discounted rate. AAA will greet you at baggage claim located on the lower level of TIA. If more than 3 IPAA attendees arrive to TIA at the same time, AAA will organize a SUV for the group, which will lower the cost of the per person transfer.
