Vice President of Communications and Strategy
Abigail (Abby) Miller is Vice President of Communications and Strategy at the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), where she leads strategic communications, media relations, branding, and stakeholder engagement efforts on behalf of America’s independent oil and natural gas producers. Prior to joining IPAA, Abby served as Director of Communications for the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) and the INGAA Foundation, overseeing communications strategy and public affairs initiatives focused on energy infrastructure, permitting, and pipeline policy. Before entering the energy industry, she worked as a journalist covering infrastructure and related policy issues. Abby is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is based in Washington, D.C.
