The Southwest High School freshmen academy students visited the Perot Museum in February thanks to the sponsorship of the IPAA/PESA Education Center. Fascinating exhibits in the Texas Instruments Engineering and Innovation Hall and in the Tom Hunt Energy Hall gripped the students’ attention, providing exciting hands-on learning experiences. Students competed head to head with robots and learned more about the process of natural gas production. Lastly, they were able to participate in an hour-long Robotics Lab and see Ocean 3D: Our Blue Planet.
