At the PESA (Petroleum Equipment & Services Association) annual meeting last month in Georgia, Ashley Menendez spoke on behalf of current and former students in the IPAA/PESA high school petroleum academies.  Ashley was a 2013 graduate of Southwest High School in Fort Worth, graduating as salutatorian and class president. Her high school externship was with EOG Resources.  Ashley will graduate this month from Howard University in Washington DC where she has majored in chemical engineering.
