Independent Petroleum Association of American Hosts Largest and
Uniquely Neutral Oil & Gas Investment Symposium Small Cap

Washington, D.C. (January 17, 2006) - The Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) announced the upcoming 2nd Annual Oil & Gas Investment Symposium Small Cap (OGIS Small Cap), February 7 - 9, 2006 at the beach side Westin Diplomat Resort in Hollywood, Florida. With forty (40) presenting companies, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with independent oil and gas producers, executives, Wall Street analysts, money managers and capital providers from around the globe in a uniquely neutral format.
