Independent Petroleum Association of America’s (IPAA) Emerging Leaders in Energy program aims to connect young professionals with company executives, financial experts, and key decision makers in the U.S. oil and natural gas industry. Since 2012, the program has grown to more than 1,600 members nationwide. We have held events in Houston, Oklahoma City, Denver, and Washington, D.C. and are always looking for opportunities to partner with other professional associations with similar goals. IPAA’s Emerging Leaders events offer members the opportunity to meet some of IPAA’s leadership and connect with other like-minded young professionals from across the U.S. oil and gas industry for networking, career development, and to learn from each other’s experiences.
